President: Philip Chester, MBA
Since the mid-1980s Philip has worked with various Christian organizations in Operations, National Director, Regional Director and Senior Executive roles. Philip has extensive international experience and has represented organizations at the government, corporate and major donor level. He has lived and worked all over the world including his home the UK, Thailand, Iraq, Mozambique, Afghanistan, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo and most recently South Africa before moving to Canada in 2001.
Philip is a leader and strategist, respected within the not-for-profit sector for leading executive and managerial teams and for developing and implementing highly successful relief and development programmes. He is an innovative agent for change and has an MBA in Strategic Management from the Sheffield University School of Management in the UK to back him.
Philip has been married for 28 years to his wife Sue and has 2 adult sons.
